Custom Sgian Dubh with Silver & Gold Inlays, Damascus, Amethyst and Bog Oak
We created this unique Sgian Dubh for Robbie who requested a special design. The Bog Oak handle features a silver Lion Rampant inlay along with a pair of solid gold stars. A Tayside Amethyst pommel stone is mounted in silver on the top of the handle and the Sgian Dubh has a Damascus Steel blade.
“Now that I have my Sgian Dubh in my hands it is so so cool. I commissioned my Sgian Dubh in remembrance to special family members denoted by the gold stars. This piece will be used on special occasions. It will be on display in my home to look at and remember good times. I appreciate the craftsmanship by Rab as it was made exactly to what I wanted. Pictish Boar Titanium Pendant with Tayside Amethyst
Alex commissioned us to design and create a special pendant for his wife, Morna’s birthday.
We engraved six Pictish Boars into Titanium and heated it until the metal took on a blue/purple hue to complement the Tayside Amethyst stone set into the centre, while the back of the pendant was diamond-engraved with a personal message.
